Alongside traditional counselling, I gently incorporate spiritual and holistic elements where it feels appropriate for you. This may include tools such as tarot and other intuitive or energy-based practices, offering a different perspective and helping you access deeper insight, clarity, and connection with your inner self.

All counselling sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Once you have booked your session, you will receive an email with a secure Zoom link and instructions to join.

Before starting counselling, I invite you to book a free discovery call with me. This is a relaxed and confidential chat where we can talk about what you’re going through, the kind of support you’re looking for, and how I may be able to help. This is also a chance to see if working together feels like the right fit. Rather than jumping straight into a session, this call gives us the space to connect and make sure the support I offer is tailored to your needs.
